Neighbourhood Manager’s Blog

Michael Muiruri – Neighbourhood Manager for the Kings Cross 10 Estates writes: – It’s been a busy couple of years since the last Neighbourhood Manager’s blog. We’ve had problems with the Communal Heating and Hot Water, Which has pretty much been sorted out now, Leaks and we now have our designated Axis Supervisor and Peabody Surveyor to deal with those, plus the start of the Quality Homes Works that are going on!

I took over as Neighbourhood Manager from Victor Longe in 2014 and having previously been at the Whitecross Estate, which are totally different to Kings Cross. I am based at Hugh Cubitt three days a week Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (subject to change) and Pembury Mondays & Fridays. If you need to get in touch with me you can call 020 3828 3517 or email michael.muiruri@peabody.org.uk.

I intend to write a blog every quarter to keep residents updated with what’s going on at Kings Cross as it’s going to be a busy six months what with the Quality Homes Works that are happening all over the 10 Kings Cross Estates, starting with Wynford, Bonnington House  and Grimaldi House before going on to Priory Green, and so on.
